Beta-Alanine increases the concentration of carnosine in muscles. Carnosine works as a potent buffer against fatigue toxins in working muscles.

Reduced fatigue toxins allow your muscles to perform more reps, more sets and do more work before fatiguing.

A daily dose of 6400mg is recommended.

Glycerol helps to prevent dehydration during exercise and improves exercise performance. It increases the concentration of fluid in blood and intracellular muscle tissue to a point of hyperhydration, thus creating a MASSIVE pump.

Betaine

Betaine Anhydrous is a natural compound that is made in the body.

Betaine improves hydration, stimulates water based pumps, improves power (providing simular benefits to Creatine), supports protein synthesis (muscle growth) and plays a role in body composition.
Since Betaine also hydrates cells and a better hydrated cell is more resilient to stressors such as training and exercise.

Taurine

Taurine has been shown to help in the regulation of muscular contraction and power during strength training and aerobic activity. Taurine also acts to increase muscle force and enhance fatigue resistance (similar to Beta-Alanine) from severe high intensity exercise and maintains cell volume.

L-Tyrosine

L-Tyrosine increases the production of noradrenaline and dopamine contributing to an increase in attention and cognitive performance.
This is what gives you the feeling of well-being during your training.

We cap it at 2000mg cause it will have a bell shaped curve and having too much will give you the opposite effect. So we have hit that sweet spot.

Agmatine

Agmatine blocks enzyme that breaks down nitric oxide in your body, resulting in higher nitric oxide levels. Nitric oxide promotes blood flow to muscles. This the PUMP.
More blood flow encourages better “muscle pumps” and vascularity during and after your workouts, while also promoting more efficient nutrient and oxygen delivery to muscles.

We stick to 1000mg cause that is what is tolerable by everyone. You can go up to 1500mg but may cause an upset stomach to some people. We would always rather be safe.
