Yes, we're excited to offer Afterpay and PayPal as payment methods for customers in Australia. These services give you flexibility, including the option to pay for your order in four interest-free payments made every two weeks. Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag, at checkout select Afterpay or Paypal as your payment method.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Add product to cart. Shop as you normally would for your favorite NOBULL gear, adding your picks to cart. 

2. At checkout, select Afterpay or Paypal as your payment method. If you're a new user you'll be prompted to create an Afterpay or PayPal account.

3. Enjoy 4 interest-free smaller payments. Pay the first of 4 stress-free payments up front. The last 3 payments will automatically be charged to the card used at checkout every 2 weeks.

WHAT IS INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

HOW DO I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, and returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

WHERE CAN I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?

Instalments by Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on mvpnutritionals.com.au

CAN I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY IF I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a AUS billing address, AUS shipping address, a AUS Visa or Mastercard or American Express (credit or debit card), and a AUS mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY? 

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND ON A SINGLE TRANSACTION? 

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on www.mvpnutritionals.com.au  using Instalments by Afterpay.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASE USING INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY? 

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED USING INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return Policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY AN AFTERPAY INSTALLMENT?

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.

Shipping

Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $99AUD Australia wide.

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia at this time, however this is subject to change. We would highly recommend that you subscribe to our email subscribers list to be notified.

Returns

We have a 30 day return window.

Once the 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@mvpnutritionals.com.au, with the following information:

  • Full name.
  • Order confirmation no.
  • Item/s being returned.
  • Reason for return.

Do not return your purchase until you have first received confirmation from us.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notifying you if a full refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within 4-5 business days, please try the following:

Re-check your bank account. 

If you have paid by credit card, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is processed. 

If paying by savings, debit or cheque, contact your bank. Again, It may take some time before your refund is processed.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you looking to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mvpnutritionals.com.au  for further instruction.

Shipping

Once initial contact has been made with MVP Nutritionals and confirmation received, you may return your item/s to us at:

You will be expected to bear all postage and shipping costs. When receiving your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on stated return delivery location, delivery times of exchanged items may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
